Perimeter OS

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MITS SFL, Corp ("MITS," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information across our websites, products, and services — including Perimeter OS, Premier Auto Leads, the Self Coaching Masters platform, Hyvyb, the MITS CRM, and related sites and applications (the "Services").

We act in two capacities. For our own account holders, visitors, and prospects we are a controller. For personal information our business customers upload or process through the Services about their own end users, we act as a processor/service provider on that customer’s behalf, and that customer’s privacy notice governs.

SMS / Mobile messaging: No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt‑in data is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and is never transferred to any other party except service providers that help us deliver the messaging service.

Information we collect

How we use information

To provide, secure, and improve the Services; manage accounts; process payments; respond to requests and provide support; send service and transactional messages; send marketing only where permitted (with opt‑out); maintain consent records; comply with law; and protect our rights and users.

SMS program details

If you opt in, you may receive messages such as confirmations, reminders, follow‑ups, and account/trial updates. Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We retain a record of each opt‑in (timestamp, IP address, user agent, and the exact consent language shown) for compliance and audit purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only to service providers/subprocessors that help us run the Services (under contract), to authorities where required by law, to a successor in a business transfer (subject to this Policy), or with your direction. Current subprocessors include Stripe (payments), Twilio and Vapi (messaging/voice), IONOS (hosting), and Anthropic (AI features).

Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies for sign‑in, security, and preferences, plus limited analytics. You can control cookies via your browser; disabling some may affect functionality.

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer-provided data is retained per our customer agreement and deleted or returned on termination.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), role‑based access controls, audit logging, and regular backups. No method is 100% secure, but we protect information consistent with its sensitivity.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information and to opt out of certain processing. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross‑context behavioral advertising, no “Do Not Sell or Share” action is required, though you may still submit requests. Contact us at privacy@mitssfl.net. If your data was provided by one of our business customers, we will refer your request to that customer.

Children

The Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect such information.

Changes

We may update this Policy and will post the updated version with a new effective date.
